Maths

The squares maths group have been doing some amazing maths. They have been looking at multiplication and learning about arrays. Today the squares worked hard at making different arrays using materials.

Sanraj - today we learnt how to make plusses into timetables. Here is one example from my book:

2+2+2+2+2 = 10 but an easier way to do it is 5 x 2 = 10
This is an easy one our group can do really hard ones.

  1. Hello Room 12. My name is Mr Heath. I used to teach with Mrs Fillipo when she was living in Wellington.

It would be great if sometime you could tell my class about what you have been learning in maths.

    Mr Heath
